The location was comfortable because it was next to airport-hotel-airport as well as restaurants, bars, TransMilenio. Also, Astor Plaza Theater was placed at a small distance.

The room I booked was functional and tastefully decorated, complete with a king bed, a kitchen, for example. The location was good - ease of access to Royal Center Theater. You could walk to a convenience shop and a shopping area. The outdoor bar was roomy and the drinks were warm.

The hotel room was great-sized for ultimate comfort. WiFi, a kitchen area, and a couch were standard, but I liked that. It was as expected, had a very very good stay for every night of your stay.

Fantastic clean hotel with good service and views of street. Very comfy beds and Wi-Fi, a kitchenette area, and a couch. Particularly good location in a nice safe area not far from old town and Monserrate, and hip restaurants and transportation downtown. Also, easy to get to Octava.

Quiet and perfect location in a good area, so close to restaurants, shops, high-end cafes, ATMs, and bus stops, a taxi in the centre and a safe area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Again, not far from Octava.

Thoroughly enjoyed satisfactory breakfast, big size and functional room.
The staff was extremely great and very polite, offered us concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. The hotel was in a central setting to attractions around town. And it's at walking distance from Lapingachos, ate there once or twice.

The location was GOOD as for me, close to all the bars/restaurants, also to Zona Rosa, and Bogotà. I booked a room with a large bed, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette area and a couch.
The area was quite uncomfortable.

We loved the clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds and good pillows. The hotel provided reliable Wi-Fi and a luxurious bathroom with consistent hot water. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the hotel's location was convenient with many nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging a taxi for us when our Uber couldn't accommodate our luggage.
We felt cared for during our stay, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

1. the location is ok, not so far from the centor. 2. the price is good. 3. hotel staff are nice. My first room faces the street, and noisy. but the hotel is very nice, just change to a quiet room for me in second day. the new room is quiet and bigger and more beautiful, with the same price.
most of staff cannot speak English, a little problem...
